Terms of Use

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

2. License to Use the Apps

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the Apps on devices you own or control, solely for your personal or internal business use. We retain all rights not expressly granted to you.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation;
• capture, record, or tag media in a way that infringes the privacy, publicity, or other rights of any person;
• process content (including documents, PDFs, and QR codes or barcodes) that you do not have the right to use;
• reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Apps, except where permitted by law;
• interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services or related systems; or
• resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the Services without our written permission.

4. Your Content

The photos, videos, audio files, documents, cycle and health logs, scan history, financial records, and other content you create or process using the Apps ("Your Content") belong to you. Because the Apps are designed to process content on your device, you are solely responsible for Your Content, including its legality and for keeping your own backups. We do not claim ownership of Your Content.

5. Intellectual Property

The Services, including their software, design, text, graphics, logos, and the "SeePractical", "Avenra", "All Document Reader Lite", "Geo Tag Camera", "PDF to Audio", "QR Scanner & Generator", and "Expense Manager" names, are owned by SeePractical or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use our branding without prior written consent.

6. Third-Party Services and Stores

The Apps are distributed through third-party app stores (such as Google Play) and may rely on third-party services (such as advertising networks, analytics providers, and map and weather data providers). The Apps are free and supported by ads, which are provided by third parties. Any in-app purchases are processed by Google Play and are subject to Google Play's terms and refund policies. Links, websites, and other content you open from the Apps — including from a scanned QR code or an ad — are provided by third parties. Your use of those platforms and services is subject to their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services and do not endorse them.

7. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that location, address, weather, cycle-prediction, document-rendering, scan, or financial data will be accurate. You use the Services at your own risk.

Health information (Avenra). Period, ovulation, fertile-window, and pregnancy-related estimates in Avenra are based on the information you enter and general averages. They are for informational purposes only, are not medical advice or a diagnosis, and should not be relied on as a method of contraception or to achieve pregnancy. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional about your health.

Financial information (Expense Manager). Expense Manager is a personal record-keeping tool. Its reports and budgets are based on the information you enter and are not financial, tax, or accounting advice.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SEEPRACTICAL WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Services in the twelve months before the claim, or, if you paid nothing, a nominal amount.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SeePractical from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your misuse of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time and uninstall the Apps. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Services. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (such as intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitations of liability) will survive.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which SeePractical operates, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that location, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
