Privacy Policy

By using our Apps, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Apps.

1. Summary

• What you log, open, or create in the Apps — cycle entries, documents, photos, scans, and financial records — is stored on your device. Where a feature needs an online service (such as maps and weather in Geo Tag Camera), we explain below what is sent.
• We request permissions (such as location, camera, contacts, and file access) only to deliver the features you ask for.
• The Apps are free and show ads. Our advertising partners collect limited device and usage information to serve them (see Section 5).
• We do not sell your personal information, and we never use the health information you log in Avenra for advertising.

2. Information We Collect

We collect only what is needed to make the Apps work and to support them with ads. Depending on the App and the features you use, this may include:

a. Health and cycle information (Avenra)

Avenra lets you log information such as period start dates, cycle length, menstrual flow, symptoms, cervical mucus and discharge, mood, notes, your tracking goal (for example, trying to conceive), pregnancy status, and reminder preferences. This is sensitive health information. Avenra stores it locally on your device so it can calculate predictions and work offline, and you can edit or delete it in the App at any time. Reminders you set are scheduled on your device.

We do not use your health information for advertising or marketing, we do not sell it, and we do not share it with advertising or analytics partners.

b. Documents on your device (All Document Reader Lite)

All Document Reader Lite reads the documents stored on your device — such as PDF, DOC/DOCX, XLS/XLSX, PPT/PPTX, TXT, CSV, and JSON files — so you can browse, search, and open them. To list documents across your storage, the App asks for storage access; on Android 11 and later this is the "All files access" permission. Documents are opened and displayed on your device, and we do not upload your documents to our servers. Files you mark as favorites and your reading settings (such as theme and text size) are saved on your device.

c. Location data (Geo Tag Camera)

Geo Tag Camera uses your device's precise and/or approximate location to stamp photos and videos with coordinates, a street address, a map, and weather for that location. Location is accessed only while you are actively using the camera feature and is written into the media (and overlay templates) you create. We do not store your location on our own servers; it stays in the media on your device unless you choose to share that media. Media you share keeps its location stamp.

d. Maps, addresses, and weather (Geo Tag Camera)

To show a map, a street address, and weather on your overlays, the App sends your location coordinates to third-party map, address-lookup, and weather services, which return that information for your location. We use these requests only to build your overlay, not to identify you.

e. Camera (Geo Tag Camera)

Geo Tag Camera uses your device camera to capture the photos and videos you take within the App. Captured media is saved to your device. We do not access your camera in the background or without your action.

f. PDF files and speech (PDF to Audio)

PDF to Audio reads the PDF files you choose to open so it can convert their text to speech and, at your request, save the resulting audio file to your device. The App accesses a file only when you select it. We do not scan, upload, or index your other files. Your reading progress and preferences are saved on your device. Speech is produced by the text-to-speech engine on your device, which is supplied by your device maker or the provider you choose in Android settings and is subject to that provider's terms.

If you use an optional AI feature (such as a summary), the text you select is sent over a secure connection to an AI service provider to generate the result.

g. Camera, scans, and contacts (QR Scanner & Generator)

QR Scanner & Generator uses your camera to scan QR codes and barcodes only while the scanner is open, and it can also scan codes in images you pick from your device. The codes you scan and create, your history, and your favorites are stored only on your device.

When you create a contact QR code, the App reads the contact you choose on your device; contacts are not uploaded. For Wi-Fi QR codes, the App uses your device's Wi-Fi information and, at your request, can connect to the network in a scanned code. When you open a scanned link, email address, phone number, or message, it is passed to the app you choose (such as your browser), and that app's privacy policy applies.

h. Financial records (Expense Manager)

Expense Manager stores the transactions, income, budgets, categories, bills, currencies, and notes you enter on your device, so you can manage your finances offline. We do not upload your financial records to our servers. If you choose to back up your data to a cloud service, the backup is stored with that service under its own terms.

i. Device and advertising information (all Apps)

The Apps are free and show ads. When an ad is requested, our advertising partners' software automatically collects information such as your device's advertising ID and other device identifiers, your IP address and the approximate location derived from it, device and app information, and how you interact with the App and its ads. See Section 5 for details and your choices.

j. Diagnostics and usage (all Apps)

The Apps use analytics and crash-reporting services, such as Google Analytics for Firebase and Firebase Crashlytics, to collect limited diagnostic and usage information — such as crash logs, performance data, device model, operating-system and app version, and in-app interactions. We use it to fix bugs, improve stability, and understand which features are used, not to identify you personally. These services handle the information under their own policies.

k. In-app purchases

Some Apps offer optional in-app purchases. Payments are processed by Google Play under Google's terms; we do not collect or store your payment card details.

3. How We Use Information

We use the information described above to:

• provide the core features of each App (such as predicting periods and fertile days, opening documents, tagging media with location and weather, converting PDFs to audio, scanning and creating codes, and tracking expenses and budgets);
• save the content you create to your device and deliver the reminders you set;
• show ads that keep the Apps free, and measure how those ads perform;
• diagnose problems, maintain security, prevent fraud, and improve the Apps; and
• respond to your support and privacy requests.

We never use the health information you log in Avenra for advertising or marketing.

4. Permissions

Android requires your consent before an App can access sensitive features. The Apps request the following permissions for the purposes described:

You can revoke any permission at any time in your device's Settings > Apps > [App name] > Permissions. Some features may stop working if a required permission is denied.

5. Advertising

The Apps are free to download and are supported by ads. We use Google AdMob to show ads, and AdMob may use mediation partners such as AppLovin and Liftoff (Vungle) to fill them. These providers' software development kits (SDKs) may collect:

• your device's advertising ID and other device or app identifiers;
• your IP address and the approximate location derived from it;
• device and app information (such as device model, operating-system version, language, and app version); and
• your interactions with the App and its ads, such as ad views and taps.

They use this information to show ads — personalized or non-personalized, depending on your settings and region — to measure ad performance, to limit how often you see the same ad, and to prevent fraud. Each provider handles this information under its own privacy policy. To learn more about Google's practices, see How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.

We do not give advertising partners the health information you log in Avenra, the documents you open, the photos and videos you take, the codes you scan or create, or your financial records.

Your choices: you can reset or delete your advertising ID, or opt out of personalized ads, in your device's settings (on most Android devices, under Settings > Google > Ads or in the Privacy section). You will still see ads, but they will be less tailored to you.

6. How Information Is Shared

We do not sell your personal information. We share limited information only:

• with advertising partners, as described in Section 5;
• with service providers that help operate the Apps — such as analytics and crash-reporting services, the map, address, and weather services used by Geo Tag Camera, and, if you use an optional AI feature in PDF to Audio, an AI service provider — strictly to perform services for us;
• with Google Play, to process in-app purchases you make;
• when required by law, regulation, or valid legal process; or
• to protect the rights, safety, and security of our users, the public, or SeePractical.

Any content you choose to export or share (such as a tagged photo, an exported audio file, a generated QR code, or a backup) is shared by you, through the apps, services, and people you select.

7. Data Retention

Content you create or store with the Apps — cycle and health logs, favorites, photos and videos, audio files, scan history, and financial records — is stored on your device and remains there until you delete it. Uninstalling an App or clearing its data removes the data it stores internally; files you saved to shared folders (such as photos in your gallery or exported audio) remain until you delete them. We do not retain copies of that content on our servers. Backups you choose to make are kept by the service you choose. Information collected by advertising, analytics, and crash-reporting providers is retained under their own policies, and any diagnostic data we access is retained only as long as needed for the purposes described above.

8. Children's Privacy

Our Apps are not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.

9. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. Because most data stays on your device, you can exercise many of these choices directly — by editing or deleting entries in the App (such as your Avenra logs or Expense Manager records), managing permissions, changing your ad settings (see Section 5), or deleting the App. For any other privacy request, contact us using the details below.

10. Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information processed by the Apps, and information the Apps send over the internet is transferred over encrypted connections. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated through the Apps or this website where appropriate. Your continued use of the Apps after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
